JLGames employs technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. JLGames is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Your account must be registered in your own legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. JLGames will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify JLGames immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
JLGames operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
Accepted identification documents include: Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, and other government-issued photo IDs. Proof of address may include utility bills, bank statements, or barangay certificates issued within the last three (3) months.
All deposits to your JLGames account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). JLGames does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. JLGames reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time without prior notice. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. JLGames reserves the right to request full KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements.
JLGames reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Platform.
The Platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player in connection with deposits or withdrawals are the sole responsibility of the player. JLGames is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by third-party payment providers.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. JLGames reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, as disclosed on the Platform. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. Dormant account balances will not be reduced below zero.
JLGames offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds requirements, which are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
JLGames takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of bonuses, cancellation of winnings, and permanent account suspension:
The JLGames Rewards program allows players to accumulate loyalty points through eligible wagering activity. Points are redeemable in accordance with the Rewards program terms published on the Rewards page. JLGames reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards program at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
Each game available on the JLGames Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any technical malfunction, JLGames reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund wagers placed during the affected period.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of JLGames. Unauthorized use of JLGames intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, JLGames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
JLGames does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. JLGames makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
JLGames's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
JLGames collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In the event of a dispute between you and JLGames, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
For disputes relating to game outcomes or account decisions, JLGames's internal review process must be exhausted before any external escalation. JLGames will respond to formal complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
